SFWA was well represented by 10 members at CFWF 2024 hosted by ACFWA in Halifax October 3-5, 2024.
The weekend long event began on Thursday evening with a welcome reception at the Atlantica Hotel. On Friday, the group boarded buses to two different locations. One bus went to the Annapolis Valley and the other to the Truro area. A dinner was held at a waterfront restaurant following the tour. On Saturday was the Professional Development Day and Awards Banquet at the hotel.
It was great to see our CFWF friends and colleagues from across Canada. Networking and visiting in the Hospitality Room in the evening was a welcomed event and enjoyed by all.
The 2025 CFWF Conference will be held in Winnipeg, MB – September 18-21, 2025.
